Consolidated Engineering& Consultancy Services (CEC) is an initiative realized to serve the Consultancy, Project Management and Engineering requirements of the large Owners/Operators, EPCs in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, Power, Transportation and Marine industries on a global platform.
Frame Agreement Contract for three years to handle the Engineering Services of Qatalum Engineering & Projects department.
This Contract shall cover:
• a. External Engineering Activities such as Project Management, Detailed Engineering, Technical Specifications, EPC Contract Scope of Work, Feasibility / Concept / Technical Studies, Review/Approval of Technical Documents, Provide Code and Standards, Handling of Technical Calculations / Verifications / Validations, Material Analysis & Testing, Quantity Survey, Authority approvals and other areas not covered by our own organization.
b. Internal Engineering Activities to assist the Engineering Department in daily activities. This consist mainly of hiring manpower on part and/or full time basis.
